As mentioned many times, by the temporary committee for the rehabilitation of Gelati, from 2023, 
together with the committee's advisory councils, internationally recognized companies, foreign 
and Georgian specialists, to prepare a unified temporary roofing project of the main temple, 
taking into account the scale, location, landscape features of the temple, as well as difficult 
climatic conditions, Complex works were carried out.
