In order to discuss the preparatory and organizational works undertaken by the Gelati Rehabilitation Committee, a coordination meeting was held between the Gelati Rehabilitation Committee leaders, members of the International Advisory Council, the National Scientific Council and groups on restoration of wall paintings and mosaics.  

The both groups of restorers positively evaluated the preparatory and organizational works of the Gelati Rehabilitation Committee, including a field scientific laboratory, and reorganization of ToRs provided in advance by the scaffolding-related groups. The opinion was expressed that such working conditions will only speed up the conservation processes and, in general, will contribute to the development of the upcoming works.
